okay, i guess
small room limited view
the room was pretty small, i will admit. i mean, i knew japanese rooms could be compact, but this was something else. and the view? basically, i stared at another building ten centimeters away the whole time. zero daylight! it was like living in a dimly lit box.

Really good Stay Near the Station
community kitchen helpful staff central location easy access
The community kitchen was a great amenity, even for introverted travelers. Staff members were very kind and helpful when I needed a taxi to my next hotel. I found the location quite central, with only a seven-minute walk to the main station. The walk to the nearby shopping mall took about twelve minutes.
The central air conditioning system could use some adjustments. I found it either too hot or too cold at times, which affected my sleeping comfort slightly.

The room was clean and new, complete with necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I liked that the beds were long enough for taller guests, a definite plus. The stylish design of the room added to the overall positive experience.

The staff demonstrated excellent language skills and provided gentle help when needed. They were courteous and available to assist with luggage transfers, providing extra information. The instructions and labeling on the cutleries and towels were clear and proper, which I appreciated.

The hotel featured a great barwith craft gins, whiskeys, and beers. I opted out of room cleaning and received drinks as a nice alternative. The proximity to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores added to the convenience of my visit.

shallow sink uncomfortable bed
The provided toothbrush was the only amenity in the room. The sink was shallow and caused water to splash easily. Air conditioning was not available. I found it uncomfortable as the upper bed did not receive cool air from the window and became hot when the heater was on.

ideal location minute walk helpful staff
i found the location ideal for day trips. it was less than a 10 minute walk to the station. the staff was always very helpful whenever i needed something, cheerful too.

Really good Experience!
perfect location smooth design main station
The location was indeed perfect! The main train station was so close. I found the interior design of the hotel lobby to be very smooth. I would definitely return.
The room was too small for the price. Only a toothbrush was provided. I also found that the sink in the room was too shallow, which caused everything to get wet.

Many buses in the area made it easy to commute to various places. Food options were readily available with Nakau and Family Mart just steps away. I also found Kyoto Tower Sando's food court nearby, with a great selection of dining options.

Convenient stay with a social atmosphere
helpful staff maintained kitchen gin tasting
I found the staff very helpful. They spoke english well. I appreciated the communal kitchen as it was very well maintained. There were interesting "experiences" available such as gin tasting and a cool library perfect to sit and relax. I was actually surprised by the helpfulness.
The tap water was not drinkable and no water was provided in my room. Guests had to go down to the basement to fill a water bottle. It was an inconvenience. I would have liked water in the room.
